This Working Life provides external coaching and supervision on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Our process supports people to explore challenges and issues, unpack problems and find potential solutions. Some topics might include work/life balance, managing staff, having difficult conversations, conflict at work and dealing with change. We create a safe environment by using external, independent coaches and supervisors to facilitate frank and open conversations where confidentiality is respected, and the needs of the individual are the focus.
We draw on the evidence-based research of Brené Brown on courageous leadership to inform our coaching and supervision.
